We only collect the data you enter in our contact and quote-request forms:

• Identity: first and last name.

• Requirement: description of your project and, where relevant, the site address to connect.

Purpose

This data is used solely to answer your request and prepare a quote. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form and on the legitimate interest of VIRTUA SYSTEMS in answering business enquiries.

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Analytics

We use Matomo, hosted on our own infrastructure. Analytics runs without cookies, honours your browser's Do Not Track header and uses no third-party advertising trackers. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.

Cookies

The site sets a single functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which stores your language choice. No analytics or advertising cookie is set.
