Bandwidth pricing depends on your traffic profile: committed floor, burst ceiling, port speed, and whether you bill on the 95th percentile or a committed rate. We size it against your real usage and return a firm quote within one business day. We operate the network (AS35661), so no resale margin.
We sample your throughput every 5 minutes, about 9,000 samples a month. At month-end we sort them and drop the top 5%, then bill on the 95th percentile sample. A burst to 10 Gb/s for a day or two barely moves it, so a 2 Gb/s average with occasional spikes bills near 2.5 Gb/s, not 10.
Changes apply in 1 to 15 minutes through the portal or the API. Edge QoS is updated automatically and your BGP sessions stay active, so there is no reconvergence and no downtime while the new limit takes effect.
No long-term commit. Billing is monthly and you scale up, scale down or stop without termination fees. Committed-rate billing is available if you prefer a fixed monthly figure for steady traffic.
