What the sponsorship covers
Virtuasys has been a RIPE LIR since 2008 (AS35661). We submit your resource request, prepare the justification and handle the RIPE correspondence through our account. Resources are registered to your organization in WHOIS while our LIR holds the membership, so you keep full routing, assignment and reverse DNS control. The annual management fee covers RIPE compliance reporting, WHOIS maintenance, RPKI ROA management and support; RIPE's own per-resource fees are passed through at cost.

Unpaid sponsorship fees oblige us to notify RIPE NCC, and resources may be reclaimed under RIPE policy; we give advance notice and work to resolve payment issues first. If you decide to become a direct LIR, we support the transfer of your resources to your own membership through the RIPE transfer process.
